Final payment:
The balance is to be paid 4 weeks before the beginning of your stay. The fee less the deposit shall be refunded should you cancel more than 28 days prior to the start of your stay. No refund shall be given for cancellations made less than 28 days prior to the start of your stay. (We can supplyyou with cancellation insurance at a rate of 7% of the courses fees.). Should you arrive late or leave early you will not be entitled to any reduction in fees payable.
In the event of any dispute, the court of Paris, France has sole jurisdiction.

Insurance :
All clients must take an insurance to cover all médical fees and their civil responsability. If you don(t have such an insurance, Paris France Cultural Excellence can propose you a complete insurance ( general condition on demand) that insurance will be charge 35 euros. The souscription and the paiement of the insurance must be payed with the inscription.

Information for VISA applications:
A « tourist » visa will suffice if you wish to take courses for less than 3 months at PFCE. Please note : a « tourist » visa is not renewable.

Should the visa not be issued (documentation from the Consulate to be supplied), your course fees will be refunded but a cancellation charge 20% will be made by PFCE.
