David Violi, premier prix du 5ème concours international du piano de Sakaï ( Japon) en 2004, nous a enthousiasmé.

Over the past twenty-five years, the La Roque d' Anthéron Piano Festival has emerged as a mandatory event the piano world.
The world's greatest perfomers appear on the satage of the Parc de Florans.

Each year The Festival has widened its offering. The greats followed Radu Lupu, François-Ren Duchable, Kun WOO Paik, and Sviatoslav Ritcher.

Everyone came, not onlu the famous, but young talents as well, rarely seen performers who had never before appeared in France, like Youri Egorov, Oleg Maisenberg, Janis Valkarelis, Lars Vogt who gave their first French recitals at La Roque d' Anthéron.
